By using LevelHer, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you are using the platform on behalf of a clinic or business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Platform Role & Independent Providers

LevelHer acts as a curated digital directory and booking platform connecting clients with independent aesthetic clinics, med-spas, and practitioners.
We do not directly provide medical, aesthetic, or cosmetic treatments. Each participating provider operates independently, and the provision of any treatment is solely between you and the respective clinic.
While we carefully curate our roster to feature exceptional professionals, LevelHer is not responsible for the performance, outcomes, or safety of treatments administered by third-party providers.

3. User Accounts & Bookings

You may need to create an account to book treatments or manage appointments. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
All bookings made through the platform are subject to the specific cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies set by the individual provider hosting your appointment.

4. Payments & Pricing

Pricing for services, packages, and gift cards is displayed on the platform and is set by individual providers or LevelHer.
Payments processed through our platform are handled by secure third-party payment gateways. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

5. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

We pride ourselves on creating a warm, respectful, and high-standard community for everyone. Harassment, abusive behavior toward providers or staff, fraudulent bookings, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on LevelHer—including text, graphics, logos, curation styles, and software—is the property of LevelHer and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevelHer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, third-party services, or booked treatments.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect platform updates or legal requirements. Continued use of LevelHer after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
