LevelHer is a digital platform connecting you with premier aesthetic treatments and services. Because all of our offerings—including appointment bookings, treatment packages, digital gift cards, and vouchers—are 100% digital, no physical items or shipping are required.

1. Instant Digital Delivery

  • Confirmations & Vouchers: All appointment bookings, e-gift cards, and pre-paid package vouchers are delivered instantly via email and are accessible immediately through your LevelHer account dashboard upon successful checkout.

  • Access Issues: If you do not see your confirmation email in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder, or reach out to our team at support@levelher.com and we will happily resend it.

2. Service Fulfillment

  • Once your digital booking or voucher is confirmed, your appointment is secured directly with your chosen independent clinic or practitioner. You will simply present your digital voucher or booking confirmation upon arrival at your scheduled appointment.
